How long do I have access to the course after purchasing? 

You have unlimited access!

Can I get a refund? What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund policy, no questions asked for 60 days. It really is that simple. We believe in our product and we believe in keeping our customers 100% satisfied. Want a refund in 60 days? No problem! We have you covered!

Can I view the course more than once?

Yes!  Our courses are designed to be “work at your own pace”.  Therefore, all of the content is available as soon as you purchase and for as long as you need it! You have unlimited access and can view the course as many times as you’d like!

What supplies are required?

Each course has a specific list of suggested supplies. 

Approximate cost of supplies necessary?

We always recommend that you work within your own budget.  Willow will show you her recommended supply list that is a mix of student grade and professional supplies and why I chose them for the class. You can decide what to purchase once you’ve watched the supplies lesson.  

Are there any supplies provided?

No, what you are purchasing is pre-recorded video lessons! Each section is broken down into manageable video lessons so you can easily look back and review sections if needed. 

Do I need to know how to draw to take your courses?

No drawing experience necessary.  

Can I download the courses?

The lessons are viewed via our online portal. Downloading of the course is not available due to internet piracy. We hope you understand this is the only way to protect the course from being resold. 

How do I change my password?

Once you have accessed your account using the provided username and password you may change your password by requesting a password reset at www.willowwolfe.com.

Where can I find the downloadable line drawings for this class?

Your line drawings can be found in the Supply List and Line Drawing PDF booklets. They are ebooks and they must be downloaded and printed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
