WHERE DOES MY ORDER COME FROM?

Your orders are shipped from Winnipeg, Canada. An awesome city filled with amazing people and lots of beautiful snow!

IF I AM OUTSIDE OF CANADA, WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Willow Wolfe Inc. is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Willow Wolfe Inc.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

You can be assured that shopping with Willow Wolfe Inc. is safe! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU GOT MY ORDER?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

  • EBooks and classes arrive to your inbox within 24 hours.
  • Canadian orders usually arrive within one to two weeks.
  • USA orders are not shipped with a guaranteed delivery time unless a special request is make. They usually arrive within three to four weeks.
  • International orders are shipped by special request.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. So we can get this sorted for you, please drop us a message with the following info:

CAN I GET A REFUND ON A CLASS OR EBOOK?

Classes and EBooks are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your product, send us an email and we will be happy to hear your feedback.
