FAQ

Here is a list of frequently asked questions which may provide helpful answers to your questions.

At Willow Wolfe we are a family run business and our customer support team works Tuesday to Thursday from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. We work to respond to questions outside these hours when we can.

Class Login

At the top of our website in the main menu you will see MY ACCOUNT. Click there and enter your login name and password. Your login name will be your EMAIL ADDRESS. Once logged in go to My Courses.

If the system won't allow you to login, please make sure you try clearing your cache and history, then manually enter your login name and password. Do not allow it to autofill.

If you are not able to login, it is often related to a typo in a login name. At this point, please contact hello@willowwolfe.com for assistance manually connecting your course. Our support hours are Tuesday to Thursday, however, I often try to answer emails between.

At the top of our website in the main menu you will see MY ACCOUNT. Click there and enter your login name and click RESET PASSWORD. You should receive an email shortly. Please check your junkmail in case it landed in spam. We are not allowed to change passwords for a customer for security reasons.

This can happen for a few reasons. The main reason is that a person accidentally creates two accounts and the class is attached to a different login name or email. We can manually attach a class. Please write us on our contact page and provide:

Full Name

Address, phone number and email

Order # and class name

We will work to get your set up.

Shipping & Orders

Currently all orders ship from Canada. Your shipping total includes prepaid duty. At times carries on the US side will implement additional duties which we don't have any control over. However, this happens extremely rarely.

Classes are refundable if a refund request is made within 48 hours and the class has not been completed. Please note that some classes include PDF's and general info before the videos begin. Watch a few modules at the beginnint to get a feel for the content. We are also happen to switch to a different class or medium within that time frame. If you are having trouble logging in we will extend the refund time period until you have had a chance to review.

For class questions please send the following information:

  • Please explain your concern
  • Provide your login name (your email)
  • Provide your name and phone number
  • Order number
  • Product name

Because Ebooks are an immediate download, they are not refundable.
