Refund Policy

At Willow Wolfe Inc., we want you to love your purchase and feel confident in your creative journey. Please review our refund guidelines below.

Courses

Courses are refundable within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@willowwolfe.com with your order details.

eBooks and Digital Downloads

All eBooks and digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content delivery. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products

Physical products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact hello@willowwolfe.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping.  

  3. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
