Our belief is that art is a place of community and wellness. We believe in a safe learning environment that fosters wellbeing and growth. Everyone has their own pace and style and our goal is to ensure you enjoy your day, feel good and leave with something lovely.

We believe art is about learning basic skills. Just like learning the alphabet, it's about technique. We provide you with line drawings and focus on painting techniques.

For in person classes, we suggest you register as far in advance as possible. It will be important to ensure you have a seat.

In person classes may be refunded up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. Your supplies are often prepared for in advance and if you can't make it we are happy to supply you with a kit to take home and paint another day if you can't make it.

We welcome students from 12 to 100+ in our classes. Students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult also registered for the class and may not be left unattended by their guardian.

We supply you with a surface to paint on which you will take home when complete.

During class we provide brushes and paint for you to use while painting with us.

You are required to bring your own paper towels, scissors, pen, pencil and eraser.

There may be specific supplies requested. For example in a watercolor class I suggest you bring a ceramic plate.

In a water mixable oil class, I will suggest you bring your own paint pots to take home extra paint.

We are located in Narol, Manitoba on Henderson Highway. We will provide an exact address upon registration. It is between the Perimeter Highway and Lockport.

The teaching studio is located on the lower level which requires students go down one flight of stairs. You will enter through our primary entrance and be guided downstairs to the studio.

Tea and coffee is available. We encourage you to bring your own nut-free snacks and lunch. Lockport is about 15 minutes away and would take some time to get to for lunch if it is a full day class.

There is no smoking or vaping inside the studio. There is a patio door to outside with an area for breaks outdoors.

We ask that during class, cell phones and electronics are on silent or if on vibrate you keep them in your pocket.

We ask that all members of our painting community engage with kindness. Discrimination of any kind is not permitted in our environment. All are welcome here with love and open arms.
